How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Mark Osherow is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Business Litigation. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers magazine for 2007 and 2008 as one of the top 5% of attorneys in Florida. Mark was also recognized as a top "up and comer" by the South Florida Legal Guide for 2005 in the areas of Business Litigation and Products Liability. He was honored with the "Excellence in Writing Award" from the Florida Bar for 2003 for his article on the civil theft statute. Mark's firm has also been named a "Go-To Law Firm" by Corporate Counsel Magazine for 2007, in the area of Employment Litigation.
Mr. Osherow received his undergraduate degree in 1985 from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a 1988 graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. He is a member of the Florida, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut Bars, as well as all of the Florida federal courts, among others. He concentrate in both the state and federal courts in business litigation matters, employment litigation, products liability, medical negligence and other professional liability claims, insurance coverage and personal injury claims. Mr Osherow is a member (beginning July 2008) of the Florida Bar's Business Litigation Certification Committee. In addition, He was a member of the Editorial Board of the Florida Bar Journal/News (2006-2008), and serves as an attorney-member of a Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee. He served two terms as a member of the Florida Bar's Standing Committee on the Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL). Mr. Osherow was recognized in November 2004 for service in the Report to Congress by The Trial Lawyers Care Pro Bono Project to Provide Legal Representation for Victims Before The September 11th Victim Compensation Fund of 2001. for which he represented three victim families as an attorney volunteer. Florida Qualified Arbitrator; Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.

One principal location in Boca Baton, Florida. satellite Offices in Coral Springs, Ft. Lauderdale, and New York City area. Intention to add satellite office in Orlando area.

Legal services are provided by the owner, associate attorney(s) and, on occasion, attorneys sharing an "of counsel" relationship with the firm.
What are your hours of operation?
Whatever it takes to get the job done for our clients; generally, however, 8:30 am through 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Other times available upon request.
